FOUNDERS
Cameron Barsanti is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and founder of Blue River Investors Group. He and his wife own and manage commercial and residential properties in California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Guam. His newest ventures includes building a portfolio in Self Storage Facilities and Manufactured Housing Communities nationwide, along with syndicating multifamily apartment buildings in New Mexico. Prior to real estate, Cameron worked in Hollywood as a television and film actor, producer, and screenwriter. With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Cameron has developed a strength for building prosperous relationships, raising capital, and encouraging those who inspire to invest in real estate.

Cristina del Rosario is a real estate investor and co-founder of Blue River Investors Group. She was born and raised on the island of Guam and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a Master’s degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Cristina is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of combined service in the private and public sectors in the areas of accounting, auditing, and financial investigations.
